The visit
I remember seeing you, in a big house that you told me, or that I thought you told me, was where you spent your childhood, but this time I saw you looking at the place, a little confused, you didn't have your hat on, and you were looking at the place where you were, I remember there was a very special mist in the place.
I remember seeing you and thinking to myself, he can't be here, he must be lost. I had to cross a courtyard to reach you, and I thought I had to hurry before you got even more lost.
When I finally came closer, I wanted to admire you a little more, without saying your name, I stood in front of you while you looked at the walls of the house we had imagined.
I didn't want to scare you, I wanted to speak to you in a soft voice and I said, -"Abue, what are you doing here?. You replied that you were looking at the house, but it was still confusing to you because you had never seen the willow tree in front of the house before.
I wanted to cry, but I held myself back, knowing that the next words would change everything, but I had to say them. - Abue, you can't be here, you, you... you can't be here anymore, you have to be somewhere else. -I thought for a moment that you were looking for my grandmother-.
I really wanted our meeting to last longer, but I knew it wasn't right, that it wasn't allowed, so I finally said to you.-Abue, you can't be here because you're already dead. You have to go somewhere else. I think you looked at me and as if you still didn't understand my words, but the essence of them, you finally understood while I was crying that you had to go, that I had to let you go. And so you left. That was the last time I saw you, the last time you visited me in my dreams.
